After more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector working in the municipalities of Marbella, Estepona, Mijas Costa, Manilva... In 1999 I started in the real estate world, and putting into practice my sales techniques and empathy with clients, I soon managed to go from commercial advisor and property acquisition agent to Office Manager. After 15 years managing offices and sales teams, I decided to open my own office in my hometown, right in the center of San Pedro Alcántara: ROSA BARRIOS "Homes for people", bringing not only my experience, but my essence, and forming a team that truly values what matters most: helping people find their home. We are a team full of freshness, strength, positivity, good energy, and above all, good people. From my position as Commercial Director, I strive to build solid relationships with my clients, always based on credibility and trust to effectively respond to their demands throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. I consider myself a very dynamic, empathetic, hardworking, constant, honest, and loyal person. Thanks to being a Yoga teacher, my vocation is to want to help others, improving every day and bringing out the best in myself, always with a smile, trying to resolve any doubt or problem that arises.
